As part of our 2024-2028 Business Strategy, Cheshire FA is committed to regular consultation with volunteers and stakeholders in grassroots football across the county, in order to gain feedback, thoughts and ideas.

Through this, we are working towards providing high quality ongoing support and development of off-field volunteers currently serving the grassroots game in the county.

As part of this ongoing commitment, we are asking all off-field club volunteers (club secretaries, treasurers, chairs, welfare officers, development officers, marketing officers, helpers and more) to provide feedback on a variety of different things:

• What you currently feel good at?
  
• What do you need support with?
  
• What are Cheshire FA currently doing well or doing badly?
  
• What could they be better at?

The feedback gathered from this survey, will form the basis of our new Volunteer Development Plan, aimed at giving off-field volunteers the exact support they need, and have asked for.
