We are delighted to announce that recruitment is now OPEN to join our Stakeholder Strategy Group (SSG) for 2024-25 Season. 

This newly-formed advisory group will represent all areas, pathways and regions of the game in Cheshire, giving stakeholders the opportunity to have a say in the direction of the County whilst also supporting our staff team with localised knowledge to support future project development. 

The SSG is open to ALL members of the grassroots football community in Cheshire and recruitment is being conducted in a clearly open and transparent manner. 

Our CEO, Steve Smithies, explains: “The new Stakeholder Strategy Group is another example of our continued commitment to good governance by working closely and collaboratively with our grassroots football community; it is vital that we listen to and learn from the experiences of those involved within the game on a daily and weekly basis. We welcome applications from all areas of the game, including from under-represented groups, to help us ensure that football is a game for all in Cheshire.”

We have created this Recruitment Pack to outline how the role will take shape and what we are looking for in the individuals who will form the group.
